Die meisten Frameworks messen einen Ist-Zustand, der mit dem nächsten Modell- oder Rollenwechsel veraltet. Capability Management misst stattdessen einen lebenden Zustand: permanent re-validiert und erklärbar bis zum einzelnen Nachweis.
Abgelaufen wird sichtbar
Jeder Nachweis trägt ein „gültig bis“. Ändert sich Modell, Rolle oder Rechtslage, springt das Betroffene sichtbar auf „abgelaufen“ – statt still auf grün zu bleiben, das niemand mehr hinterfragt.
Board-tauglich belegbar
Jeder Wert im Capability-Index lässt sich bis zur Quelle zurückverfolgen. Das macht Reife steuerbar und für Audits oder den Vorstand nachweisbar.

A completed course says nothing about whether the capability still holds today. Capability management turns learning activity into continuously re-validated, provable maturity.
From snapshot to living state
Most frameworks measure a current state that goes stale with the next model or role change. Capability management measures a living state instead: permanently re-validated and explainable down to the individual proof.
Expiry becomes visible
Every proof carries a valid-until date. When a model, role or regulation changes, the affected item visibly flips to expired – instead of silently staying green that nobody questions.
Provable for the board
Every value in the capability index can be traced back to its source. That makes maturity steerable and provable for audits or the board.
