Vom Snapshot zum lebenden Zustand<\/h2>\n

Die meisten Frameworks messen einen Ist-Zustand, der mit dem n\u00e4chsten Modell- oder Rollenwechsel veraltet. Capability Management misst stattdessen einen lebenden Zustand: permanent re-validiert und erkl\u00e4rbar bis zum einzelnen Nachweis.<\/p>\n

Abgelaufen wird sichtbar<\/h2>\n

Jeder Nachweis tr\u00e4gt ein \u201eg\u00fcltig bis\u201c. \u00c4ndert sich Modell, Rolle oder Rechtslage, springt das Betroffene sichtbar auf \u201eabgelaufen\u201c \u2013 statt still auf gr\u00fcn zu bleiben, das niemand mehr hinterfragt.<\/p>\n

Board-tauglich belegbar<\/h2>\n

Jeder Wert im Capability-Index l\u00e4sst sich bis zur Quelle zur\u00fcckverfolgen. Das macht Reife steuerbar und f\u00fcr Audits oder den Vorstand nachweisbar.<\/p>\n

A completed course says nothing about whether the capability still holds today. Capability management turns learning activity into continuously re-validated, provable maturity.<\/p>\n

From snapshot to living state<\/h2>\n

Most frameworks measure a current state that goes stale with the next model or role change. Capability management measures a living state instead: permanently re-validated and explainable down to the individual proof.<\/p>\n

Expiry becomes visible<\/h2>\n

Every proof carries a valid-until date. When a model, role or regulation changes, the affected item visibly flips to expired \u2013 instead of silently staying green that nobody questions.<\/p>\n

Provable for the board<\/h2>\n

Every value in the capability index can be traced back to its source. That makes maturity steerable and provable for audits or the board.<\/p>\n
